We finally got a scanned copy of our non-objection (approval) letter today! Last week we received 3 emails from the Ministry that had no content or attachments. Figuring that they didn't just send us an empty email for no reason we inquired if they needed something. That was Friday and today we received a return email with our non-objection letter attached! It's nice to finally have it. We heard May 10 that it was issued but we never got a copy. The letter was dated earlier than I thought - May 6. That means our file headed over to HOH to be added to the list of waiting families. We are still being told that there are no children under 5 available for adoption at this time. There has been talk that there are now some children under 5 that could be available for adoption "soon". Soon means different things to different people. I will leave it at that.
So good news! We got the letter!
