We know absolutely nothing new. We don't know when she will be available. We don't know when we will find out she is available. We don't know when we will be submitted. We don't know who decides she is available. We don't know why she isn't already available. We don't know if the "rules" are changing midstream and that is the problem. We don't know anything.
